We are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience. Please review our shipping information before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Weekends and public holidays are excluded. If additional processing time is required due to product availability or other circumstances, we will contact you with an update.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated transit times listed below do not include order processing time unless otherwise specified.

2. United States Shipping

Contiguous United States (48 States & Washington, D.C.)

We offer the following shipping options:

Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders of $110 or more shipped to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

The qualifying order value is determined by the applicable merchandise subtotal at checkout, excluding shipping charges and taxes, and subject to applicable discounts.

Express Shipping is not included in the free shipping promotion.

There is no maximum order value for the shipping tiers listed above.

Alaska & Hawaii

We offer standard shipping to eligible addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.

Free shipping promotions for the contiguous United States do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping availability and estimated delivery times depend on carrier service coverage and destination.

Other U.S. Territories

Shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands is not currently available through our standard online checkout.

Additional destinations may be introduced after shipping service arrangements have been confirmed.

3. Import Duties & Taxes

Contiguous United States

For eligible shipments using our tax-inclusive shipping services, Nanwavse arranges payment of applicable import duties and routine customs clearance charges covered by the selected shipping service.

Customers are not normally required to pay these prepaid import charges again upon delivery.

Any applicable sales tax collected at checkout is separate from import duties and shipping fees.

Alaska & Hawaii

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, any applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, or other import-related charges that have not been prepaid or included in the selected shipping service may be payable by the recipient, where permitted by applicable law.

Customers should review the available shipping information before placing an order.

4. Other International Destinations

Shipping availability outside the United States depends on the destination and our currently supported delivery services.

Available destinations, shipping methods, and applicable shipping rates are determined at checkout.

We do not guarantee shipping availability to destinations that have not yet been officially enabled.

Country-specific shipping policies and delivery options may be introduced as additional markets become available.

5. Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Estimated transit times are calculated separately from order processing time unless otherwise specified.

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier operations, public holidays, peak shopping seasons, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Estimated delivery dates displayed at checkout may account for order processing time and the selected delivery method.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipping-related inquiries.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched and tracking details become available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's tracking system.

7. Shipping Fees & Additional Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination, selected shipping method, merchandise subtotal, and applicable shipping conditions.

The shipping fee displayed at checkout is the amount charged by Nanwavse for the selected delivery service.

For unusually large orders or packages that cannot be shipped using the selected delivery method, we may contact you before dispatch to discuss alternative arrangements.

No additional shipping service charge will be added by Nanwavse without informing you and obtaining any required agreement.

Applicable taxes or customs charges not included in the selected shipping service are subject to the terms described in Section 3 and applicable laws.

8. Retail Orders

Our standard retail shipping policy applies to individual purchases made through the Nanwavse online retail store.

Retail products are sold as listed and are not eligible for custom manufacturing or personalized production services.

Retail shipping fees and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout.

Free shipping promotions, where applicable, apply only to eligible retail orders.

9. Wholesale & Custom Manufacturing Orders (B2B)

Nanwavse welcomes wholesale inquiries and requests for custom manufacturing projects from eligible business customers.

Wholesale and custom manufacturing orders are handled separately from standard retail orders.

The following terms apply to wholesale and custom manufacturing arrangements:

• Wholesale orders may involve custom manufacturing based on agreed product specifications and order requirements.

• Product pricing, minimum order quantities, sample fees, production timelines, and shipping arrangements are subject to separate quotations and written agreements.

• Production and customization availability must be confirmed before an order is accepted.

• Freight methods may include sea freight, air freight, or other transportation services agreed upon by both parties.

• Import duties, customs clearance responsibilities, local taxes, and additional charges will be allocated according to the agreed shipping terms and applicable laws.

• Shipping fees and free shipping promotions advertised for retail orders do not apply to wholesale or custom manufacturing orders unless expressly agreed in writing.

Wholesale customers should contact the Nanwavse team to confirm product availability, production arrangements, shipping costs, and customs responsibilities before placing an order.
